Astria Legends is proud to be able to offer a small scholarship as a blessing to those who have blessed us. We want to help women who are helping further the kingdom of God by giving them a little monetary push in the way of education. Since we are a company built on imagination, we also wanted to encourage creativity and those who think ‘outside the box’. These are the foundations and reasons why our scholarship is structured as it is. Who is eligible? Any woman who is currently enrolled in any college or university and have NOT received this scholarship in the last year. Scholarship Amount: Either $25 or $50 depending on our level of funds. Scholarship Frequency: Two awards given per calendar year. One in the Fall and one in the Spring. Requirements: Applicants are required to show proof of enrollment, and answer two questions. It is from the two questions that a recipient will be picked. Scholarship recipients must wait one year from the date they receive a scholarship before they are eligible to apply for another.

The first question asks what you are doing for the kingdom of God. As we are targeting Christians who are active in their faith, we only want to help those who are actively helping the kingdom of God. Are you in ministry? A faithful
thither? Part of a program that is committed to helping to reach the lost? Let us know what YOU are doing for GOD.

The second question changes with each scholarship. It is geared towards your creativity and imagination. We will give you seven random words. In 300 words, you have to write a creative story, adventure, experience, that uses at least five of the seven words. It can be serious or humorous, fiction or non-fiction, and we encourage being creative and thinking outside of the box.

Once you have submitted the form be sure to send an email to admins@astrialegends.com with “Scholarship” as the subject. Please include in your email proof of enrollment. (This can be a copy of a report card, transcript, or enrollment recipt)

The Spring 2011 due date for entry is February 1st 2011.
